Terms

In order to confirm a booking a deposit of the first night's accommodation is required. Payment can be made by credit card, cheque, direct deposit, or postal note. Cancellation Fees - up to 30 days before the arrival date - full refund of the deposit, except during peak periods a fee may be payable (at owner's discretion) within 30 days - no refund of the deposit.
